Dead Pixel Policy
• All our screens conform to ISO 13406-2 (Type 2 & 3) norms, which specify an acceptable number of dead pixels by display category, allowing 2–5 dead pixels within acceptable industry standards.
• By this standard, replacement screens are allowed to exhibit two malfunctioning pixels and five malfunctioning sub-pixels per million. On a 1080p display, four dead pixels and ten dead sub-pixels would be within ISO tolerances.
• The rare possibility of having dead pixels comes as part of the manufacturing of LED screens and major manufacturers do not consider 2-5 dead pixels as a defect that is enough to scrap the display. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority and we can exchange the screen for you if it has dead pixels. The responsibility of sending the screen back to us unused and without any physical damage lies with the customer.

When will my order be dispatched and delivered?
For UK customers, orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:30 PM are dispatched the same day.

Cancellation And Return / Refund
• If defect or damage is occurred in transit, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller within 7 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
• All returned Goods will be subject to a full physical inspection by the Seller, and no replacement or refund will be issued until this inspection has been completed and the defect has been verified.
• If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller by writing to our offices AJ PARTS UK LTD, 3, Chancery Gate Industrial Estate, West Drayton, Middlesex UB7 8EW or by e-mail to info@ajparts.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.
• The Buyer may cancel the order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days.
• The Buyer shall inspect the goods following delivery & notify the Seller if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contracts.
• Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller within 28 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
• Should the Buyer cancel an order due to it being "no longer required" or a "wrong purchase", the goods must be returned within 28 days. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be adequately insured. The refund will cover the product price, but not the initial delivery fees.
• Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
• Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
• If product becomes faulty and its under warranty, product must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense within 28 days of reporting . The Buyer will receive a refund for the product (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges, or buyer can be entitled for a replacement.
• Please note that Items specially sourced on request may not be eligible for return or refund if no longer required.
• Please note that if the item was purchased in error, no longer required, or otherwise being returned for reasons unrelated to a fault or incorrect supply, the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. Any original shipping charges incurred when the order was dispatched are also non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
If the item is not defective and I want to return it, is it possible?
