I've used this firm for the business for a while and it is good to have a easy access to range of the screens. Delta Chargers give it access to sell a reliable brand to customers in a shop in a small backwards part of the uk. Imran has been supportive and easy to contact on Skype/Teams with any issues, with clear telling on when the order will arrive, prices and what is on offer. Some learning curves with items like macbook chargers failing has been the usual but returning has been one of the easiest suppliers to do returns with without issues on involvement or he said this they did that compared to other screen suppliers used when AJ Parts have been out of stock. Even then ETAs are given on if they can get said part. BACS Payment with them makes life easier and i know where i stand in terms of credit if a return takes place. Screen parts and Charger Wise will be a go to them first.

• All our screens conform to ISO 13406-2 NORMS, which specify an “acceptable” number of dead pixels by display category.
• By this standard, replacement screens are allowed to exhibit two malfunctioning pixels and five malfunctioning sub-pixels per million. On a 1080p display, four dead pixels and ten dead sub-pixels would be within ISO tolerances.
• The rare possibility of having dead pixels comes as part of the manufacturing of LED screens and major manufacturers do not consider 2-5 dead pixels as a defect that is enough to scrap the display. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority and we can exchange the screen for you if it has dead pixels. The responsibility of sending the screen back to us unused and without any physical damage lies with the customer.
• If you need a Zero Dead Pixel screen, please get in touch with us before placing an order.
• We offer a 6 month/180-day warranty on all our screens.
• We offer a 3 month/90-day standard warranty on all our Screen Assemblies.
• 12 Months Warranty for Laptop Adapter
• 90 Days Warranty For-Keyboard, LCD Back Lid, and Palmrest, Track Pad, Touch Bar, MacBook Touch ID Scanner

• If defect or damage is occurred in transit, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller within 7 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

Yes, you have the right to cancel the order, goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense within 7 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey.
